Refund and Returns Policy

At Growthkul, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness while delivering professional performance marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is conditional and verification-based.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.


1. 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy

Clients are eligible to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of onboarding or payment, subject to verification.

Refund requests will be reviewed only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days

  • No major service delivery or execution has started

  • No assets (websites, funnels, ad accounts, creatives, strategies) have been delivered or deployed

  • Required access has not been fully utilized for execution

Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Growthkul after internal verification.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • Work has already started (strategy, setup, execution, or deployment)

  • Any digital assets have been created, shared, or used

  • Ads have been launched or accounts accessed

  • Strategy calls, audits, or consultations have been completed

  • Delay is caused due to missing inputs or approvals from the client

In such cases, fees are considered earned and non-refundable.


3. Onboarding & Setup Fees

Onboarding, setup, or initiation fees become non-refundable immediately once work begins, even if the 7-day period has not elapsed.


4. Advertising Spend

All advertising spend on platforms such as Meta or Google is paid directly by the client to the platform.

Growthkul does not hold, manage, or refund ad spend under any circumstances.


5. No Performance-Based Refunds

Performance marketing results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, budget, offer quality, and platform algorithms.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, lead quality, ROAS, or revenue.


6. Early Termination by Client

If the client terminates services after work has begun:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing cycles

  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Raising a chargeback without first contacting Growthkul for resolution is a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend services

  • Contest chargebacks with proof of work completed


8. Policy Review & Updates

Growthkul reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.


1. No Returns on Services

Growthkul offers services, not physical products. As such, there is no concept of returns once a service has been initiated, delivered, or accessed.


2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

  • Onboarding fees

  • Setup or initiation fees

  • Strategy, audit, or consultation fees

  • Website, funnel, or landing page development fees once work has started

  • Monthly retainers after the billing cycle begins

Once resources, time, and expertise have been allocated, refunds cannot be issued.


3. Advertising Spend

All advertising spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms) is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.

Growthkul does not control, hold, or refund ad spend under any circumstances.


4. No Guarantee of Results

Performance marketing outcomes vary based on multiple external factors including:

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Offer quality

  • Budget

  • Platform algorithms

As results cannot be guaranteed, no refunds will be issued based on performance dissatisfaction.


5. Early Termination

If the client chooses to terminate services before the agreed term:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycles

  • Any unpaid invoices must still be cleared


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Growthkul management and only in rare, exceptional cases.

Any such decision does not set a precedent for future cases.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Growthkul for resolution is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services immediately n- Contest chargebacks with evidence of work completed


8. Policy Updates

Growthkul reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
